Verify these details directly
- Whether a poker room or poker games are currently operating on your intended date.
- Current opening hours, tournament schedules and table availability.
- Minimum age, identification, entry and dress requirements.
- Game types, limits, buy-ins, fees and house rules.
- Temporary closures, private events and access restrictions.
Contact safely
Start from the official Resorts World Genting domain and its published contact pages. Do not trust a WhatsApp number, agent or booking link copied from an advertisement, forum or forwarded message. The official WhatsApp page currently lists the business number +603-2333 3144; re-check it on the official page before messaging.
Budget and safety
Set a fixed entertainment budget before travelling. Do not borrow, chase losses or treat gambling as income. Ask the venue about responsible-gaming controls and take a break if spending or time exceeds your plan.
